New weeky again. I cant believe we've come to the quarter mark of 2009 already! So fast (for me that is lah!)

Other years we'll be looking forward to this measly week of holiday (though really, it's not even considered holiday with the amount of homework/lessons/tests). This year I didnt even realise that its here till my manager HL said so, which means that she wants me to work more. :S

Anyway, 2 days ago was White's day. (:

From Wikipedia,

White Day (ホワイトデー ,Howaito dē?, a Japanese wasei-eigo[1]) is a holiday celebrated on March 14, one month after Valentine's Day. In Japan this day is a widespread holiday, much like Valentine's Day. It is also observed in South Korea and Taiwan.

In Japan, Valentine's Day is observed by females who present chocolate gifts (either store-bought or handmade), usually to a male, as an expression of love. The handmade chocolate is usually preferred by the receiver, because it is a sign that the receiving male is the girl's "only one". On White Day, the converse happens: males who received a "honmei-choco" [chocolate of love] or "giri-choco" [courtesy chocolate] on Valentine's Day are expected to return the favor by giving gifts, usually more expensive. Traditionally, popular White Day gifts are cookies, jewellery, white chocolate, and marshmallows. Sometimes the term sanbai gaeshi (literally, "thrice the return") is used to describe the generally recited rule that the return gift should be two to three times the cost of the Valentine's gift.[2]

So for those girls who have bfs, you can go hantum your bf if he didnt give you anything on white's day. HEHHEHEHEHE. :D

Aiya, I dont have bf so dont ask me. Haha, but I WILL celebrate White's Day if I got bf lor. Time to make him shop for me. *sniggers*

***ironically, mustard in japanese is karashi and boyfriend in japanese is karashi as well. Haha, what coincidence. Not planned one okay. :D

Not fair lor, its only when comes to valentine's day where you see guys actually buying things for their girls. And they will all bombard places like Famous Amos,Minitoons (wah, so unromantic!), jewellery shops, florists and end up with some stuff toy and like a bouquet.

While on the other hand, gfs are always going shopping for their bfs, getting them clothes, shoes, food etc etc etc. AIYOOO... (but then again, guys can say that they dont need that. Its the thought that counts okay?!)

Heh heh, guys in Japan are more romantic workaholics. At least they got white's day.

But me got something from someone for white's day! ほんとに ありがとYOUKNOWWHO. (:
あいしてるね~!
*happy rei*

ANW, I DONT LIKE YOU READERS LOR. I can see that there are people coming but there's no one commenting lehhh.. ):

Come on and chat with me lah. Make blogging much more fun!

On a random note, I cant decide if I'm looking forward to work on wednesday or not.
