I was walking around aimlessly, trying to find somebody.

Made a sharp turn around the block and trotted on. Demoralized, I sat on the curb of the driveway hoping for someone suitable to walk pass by. The gold solid piece which I had been gripping on had already had grown warm and sticky. Chucking it aside, I placed my chin on my cupped palms and let out a loud sigh. Why oh why? Why isnt there a single person that fitted the criteria? Why am I assigned this girl? ARGH!

Tears fell from my cheeks. But for some reason, they did not hit the ground with a resounding splat. Wait a minute, that was unusual. I rubbed my eyes. There, a gold threaded cloth waited to catch those little drops of frustration.

I peered up. And all I could see was a shadow and the blazing sunset in the background. A warm summer evening breeze.

"He is the perfect guy for her" I mutted under my breath. "Yes indeed, he is"

Taking up the heavy gold plated arch, I salvaged and pulled out the little arrow I've saved so well for this special person. On it engraved with diamante the words "Forever". Slotting it careful into the vial, the person realised what was happening and frowned.

"No you wont," he whispered.

"I'm sorry, this is my job" I replied.

He kept mum. I gently tugged the thin silver delicate mane hair. Aiming straight at his heart, I kept telling my heart that this is it. I flexed the muscle. He stared at me with those charming eyes.

"I have to do it, I cant let this one go. I really.. cant..."

I closed my eyes, aimed straight ahead, took a huge breath in and let it go. There wasnt a sound. I guess its over, the deed is done.

Then, I heard a chuckle. Something was not right.

His cheeky grin was beautiful. Gleaming, he pulled out something that was hidden behind his back. Something gold.

The evening breeze seemed warmer at that very moment.
